When I was a child, this was my favorite movie! I would yell for my mom to come sit with me during the “monkey part” because it scared me she liked the monkey part so much.

This is just between us, but one Spring Break I watched this childhood favorite while addressing my wedding invitations!

I somehow have very vivid memories from Kindergarten (and Pre-School). I must have had great teachers! One of my favorite memories from Kindergarten is my teacher using The Letter People (along with the sand/water table, our pet tadpoles, carrying the milk crate from the nurses’s office, and the crop dusters that flew over our playground). She even had the inflatable Letter People. Every day before school we stood in a line outside her door before the bell rang. I can remember us opening the door just a crack so we could peek in to see what the letter for the day was. I also remember coloring pages that went with each letter. The coloring pages were hard for me though because the spaces to color in were really small and there was so much to color. (I wonder how long I would color before I just started scribbling to get it finished?!?!) I hope The Letter People bring back some memories…especially for those of you that went to the same Kindergarten as me!
